Movement for every stage of life.

A programme of thoughtful classes — for pregnancy, recovery after birth, moving alongside your baby, and finding a midday pause. Choose what fits the season you are in.

During pregnancy

DURING PREGNANCY - WEDNESDAYS 12.00

Pregnancy Pilates

Prepare your body for birth and beyond.

These classes focus on breathing, core and pelvic floor awareness, gentle stretching, strength, and relaxation. Each session is designed to help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more connected to your changing body throughout pregnancy.

The classes include gentle, enjoyable movement that benefits both you and your growing baby, while also giving you the opportunity to connect with other expecting mothers in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.

After birth

Babies 2–6 months · Fridays at 14:00

Postpartum Recovery Course

A 6-week postpartum yoga course for mothers and babies aged 2–6 months. Each class includes 40 minutes of gentle postpartum yoga and a 20-minute Ask the Doula Circle.

The course follows a progressive structure, with each week building on the previous one to support recovery, strength and confidence after birth.

Mom & baby

FROM 6–8 WEEKS POSTPARTUM · TUE 11:30 · THU 10:30

Mom & Baby GYROKINESIS©

Gyrokinesis is a gentle movement method that combines breath, circular movements, spinal mobility, and flowing sequences. The class can feel like a combination of yoga and dance, helping to bring openness, mobility, and connection back to the body.

In this mom-and-baby class, we focus on breath, gentle activation of the pelvic floor and reconnecting with the body after birth. Babies are welcome on a mat on the floor or in a baby carrier (bring your own carrier), and participants are welcome to tend to their babies at any moment during the class.

FROM 6–8 WEEKS POSTPARTUM · TUE 10:30 · THU 11:30

Mom & Baby Barre

A gentle movement class inspired by ballet, Pilates, and body conditioning. We focus on posture, strength, mobility, and opening the upper body — an area that often becomes tense when caring for a small baby.

Movements are gentle and different options are provided. Babies are welcome on a mat on the floor or in a baby carrier (bring your own carrier), and participants are welcome to tend to their babies at any moment during the class.

FROM 6–7 WEEKS POSTPARTUM* · DROP-IN · MONDAYS AT 10.30

Mom & Baby Pilates

Move with your baby in a welcoming and supportive environment.

These classes are designed to help you restore your core and pelvic floor, improve your posture, rebuild strength and feel more confident in your body. A combination of Pilates, pelvic health techniques, gentle stretches and a touch of dance.

More than just exercise, these classes are a chance to connect with other mums, share experiences, and enjoy movement in a relaxed, judgement-free space where babies are free to feed, sleep, play and cry. * After c-section or episiotomy, we recommend starting 8 weeks postpartum.

Babies 5–12 months · Drop-in · Fridays at 10:45

Mom & Baby Yoga

A welcoming drop-in yoga class for mothers and babies aged 5–12 months. Enjoy gentle, strengthening movement, playful baby involvement and connection with other mothers in a relaxed and supportive environment. Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, play or simply be themselves throughout the class.
